The province's grandest & most prestigious beauty competition will be one of the highlights of the annual Bohol Sandugo Celebration in July.




Grand Coronation Night is July 19, 2014 at the Bohol Wisdom SchoolGymnasium. The committee is headed by Bohol First Lady and Balilihan Vice-Mayor Pureza Veloso Chatto as chair, with Tagbilaran City First Lady Jane Censoria Cajes Yap as co-chair.

No More Miss Bohol Sandugo 2014

Starting this year, Bohol’s most prestigious pageant go back to being Miss Bohol minus the appellation “Sandugo”. This is to highlight the name of the province and to distinguish it from the Miss Sandugo International to be staged next year.

The renaming of the pageant is symbolic of the new direction that the pageant will be headed to. The prestigious beauty pageant reinvents itself from the quintessential symbol of Boholana beauty and brain during Sandugo festivities into Bohol’s ambassadress of goodwill as the province strives to carve its niche as a prime eco-cultural tourism destination with equal regard for advocacies rooted in development thrusts in health, education, environment, and cultural heritage.

With no less than the First Lady of the Province Pureza Veloso-Chatto at the helm and co-chaired by Tagbilaran City First Lady Jane Censoria Cajes-Yap, the Miss Bohol 2014 pageant promises to be a showcase of Boholana elegance in simplicity.

The candidate who shall be crowned Miss Bohol 2014, the beauty title of the highest esteem, shall represent the province in official functions during her reign.

Miss Tagbilaran 2014 is Fil-German

A 17 year old German mestiza who believes that pageants should transcend race, culture, religion and that they should instead be a celebration of our uniqueness and individuality was crowned the 2014 Mutya sa Tagbilaran in glittering ceremonies last April 28, 2014 at the Bohol Wisdom Gymnasium.

Geraldine Topsnik will be representing the city in the 2014 Miss Bohol Sandugo set on July.

FINAL FIVE

Named 1st RU was # 10 Rizalee Rose S. Razo of Poblacion 2. Earlier, she was selected as Miss Talent, Miss Ever Bilena and Best in Evening Wear

2nd RU was # 11 Karen Rossana J. Llorente of Cabawan who also won the Best in Production Number & Best in Swimsuit

Rounding out the Top Five were #8 Faith A. Geolagon of Cogon and # 12 Ma. Jaira P. Redulla of Manga
