Miss Mabuhay is the most prestigious municipal search in the entire Zamboanga Sibugay. For several years since its staging, Miss Mabuhay organization has produced two national beauty queens: Sheena Arabani who won Miss Mabuhay 2010, also won Binibining Sibugay that year and eventually represented the whole Olutanga Island in Miss Earth Philippines.; Kristel Suizo, Miss Mabuhay 2012, also won Binibining Sibugay 2012 and eventually landing a finalist spot in Miss Earth Philippines 2013, representing Misamis Occidental.
