Pilipinas 2010: Venus Raj briefly dethroned as MUP due to technicalities, then Diane Necio was not qualified to compete at Miss Universe due to the Feb. 1 restriction then BPCI briefly promoted Nikollette Henson as our representative to the Miss Universe pageant but it did not materialize since Venus was reinstated few months later. |

Danielle Castano took over Janina's place as Bb. Pilipinas World not Patricia
Fernandez (due to 3 titles as equal weight). |

Pilipinas 1998: Tisha Silang resigned as Miss Universe Philippines or in other
words she was not qualify for Miss Universe due to Canadian citizenship (dual
citizenship is not yet exists at the time in our country), Jewel Mae Lobaton
took over Tisha's place not Rachel Soriano (due to 3 titles as equal weight).
