Nina Ricci Alagao's Miss U Stint in 2000
Nina was wildly expected to win it for the
Philippines after Miriam Quiambao's 1st runner-up finish. But it was not meant
to be, Nina failed to crack the top 10, the crown was eventually won by India's
Lara Dutta, making her India's 2nd Miss Universe.
Nina graduated from the University of the
Philippines and was 22 when she represented our country. She ventured in our
local entertainment industry, appeared in some television shows and was
featured in some movies. She is now an established makeup artist.
