Many netizens who
watched at their homes the pageant night of Miss World Philippines 2013
expressed their disgust over the TV partner of the said pageant, the GMA 7
Network. The show which started very late at night ended almost 2 am the
following day. Netizens blamed it on the excessive commercial load of the
network which caused too much delay.
Michael Pagtama, one of
Binibining Pilipinas 2011 FB page Ambassador of Q and A, said that “Ay
sobra....nakaka stress yan GMA na yan....badtrip talaga...hndi kona nga
tinapos.” Kent Kerby, another pageant fan said, “kaya pinatay ko na ang TV.
Paulit-ulit ang advertisement nga teleserye nila nakakabwisit. Ibalik na lang
yan sa TV5 o ibigay sa ABS. Walang kwenta ang GMA, ang cheap pa ng dating ng
pageant.”
A GMA incoming intern even mentioned in the FB page
of Kakulay Entertainment Blog: “Yung totoo, miss world pageant o promotions of
tele and mini seryes. You made me laugh GMA. I am one of your incoming interns
but you made me realized that GMA delivers lacks and disorganized program. Mas
maganda pa matulog kesa iniinsert ang mga ganyan promotions.”
So there. At least, the only consolation the network
can be proud of is that it produced a beautiful winner. J

ReplyDeleteAre you forgetting that before she became a Kapamilya she was a product of a Kapuso talent show. So its not a kapamilya winning in a kapuso network. Nagkataon lang na nakalipat na sya.

ReplyDeleteGuys, let us just be happy for a former kapuso turned kapamilya who won the crown. it was the MW prod who approached GMA and maegan cannot do anything about that. b
ReplyDeleteMW and MU cannot and will never be united again in one network. There are issues between the two which some of you guys do not know and wont understand. The plugging of GMA teleseryes is caused by the typhoon and most of the editing staff of GMA were struggling so much with the editing as they had to do it during the commercial and air ryt away after each.
I am not a kapamilya nor kapuso neither kapatid (which tragically took charge of last year's mw) but i understand that the production people have personal matters to worry about since a lot were stranded. even fabio ice posted the flooding in buendia.
Goodluck maegan. Just bring home the crown.
yon ang wala sa GMA , ang concern sa mga nanonood kesehodang maboryo ang mga televiewers basta kumita sila. kya nga ayaw nila sumapi sa KBP kasi pag member k ng KBP may limit ang tv ads na ipapalabas mo. at ayaw nila yon. kaso nga halata na kontinlang yong paid tv ads nila at panay plugging ng shows na ka cheapan nmn. peace!
ReplyDeletehope that what happened in MW Phil, will not happen on Sep.28 for MW.. Instead na mainspire ng GMA and audience at maging happy, pagkainis lang ng tao ang gnwa nila.. GMA should read all the comments.. thanks
