Patrixia Shirley Santos, Under-rated Beauty

I think one of the most under-rated beauty queens is Patrixia Shirley Santos. According to Gerry Diaz, chair of Miss Bicolandia 2009, Patrixia gave one of the best answers in Bicolandia pageant history. However, I wonder why she did not make it very far in the national finals considering her impressive credentials. She was a clapper both in Binibining Pilipinas 2010 and Miss Philippines Earth 2014. She was a little lucky to end up third runner up in Miss Quezon City Diamond Jubilee 2014. Perhaps she should give the Binibining Pilipinas one more try. What do you think?
