had no sign of stopping and it suddenly slammed into the side of my car. Now,
all this occurred in less than 4 seconds. After hitting the bus, my car rolled
back. The side end of the car was crumbled, and the bus had a massive gash in
its side. But I was in total shock, just staring out my windshield. Bystanders
came over to ask if I was okay, and if I had any pain. At that point, I
realized I wasn't wearing my seat-belt and just went through the motion of the
car as it got hit. To my surprise, I was physically fine, with no cuts or
injury. My family and friends showed up pretty quickly, which made the whole
thing easier to deal with. All I had was a case of whiplash, and I was out of
the hospital after an hour. Despite everyone's reassurances, I feel massive
guilt over this. I made choices I shouldn't have made. My dad didn't want me to
go out in the middle of the night but I told him i will be only gone for 2
hours to meet up with friends. I knew he felt something when he said that
something might happen to me but I insisted. But the most important thing is
that I am still alive & no one else got injured or killed in the accident.
These miracles of life are always around us, ready to be celebrated, ready to
be welcomed into our lives. Thank you Lord for watching over me and sending
over the angels to protect me.
