Maria Gail Tobes is Miss SCUAA 2015. She represented
Eastern Visayas and bested the different bets from around the country. Miss SCUAA
(State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association) is the national campus
pageant for the association of 93
institutions, conferences, organizations and individuals that organizes the athletic
programs of many public colleges and universities in the Philippines.
