Right after the coronation, SASH FACTOR field correspondent Ray
asked both Madam Stella and Miss Conchitina about why McGarry was crowned BBP
Intercon despite that she already competed in Miss Intercontinental 2010
before. Madam was shocked and told Sash Factor that the deliberation panel
didn't know about it. Madam also said that McGarry didn't disclose that fact.
Madam assures Sash Factor that BPCI will look into the matter asap.
