MWP2013 Candidate no. 20 Megan Lynn Young was awarded Ms. World Laguna during the Governor's Night last Friday in the Provincial Capitol. The award, though not a Fast Track Event for the main Miss World Philippines 2013 Pageant, serves as a morale booster for the celebrity candidate who hasn't proven herself on any pageant stage 'till this Laguna event.
