Philippine Pageantry Celebrates Gloria Diaz Day
Today,
July 19, 2013, The Philippine Pageantry declares that from hereon, July 19 of
every year will henceforth known to be "GLORIA DIAZ DAY" in
commemoration of our country's First Miss Universe who was crowned in Miami
Beach, Florida on July 19, 1969, exactly 44 years ago today.
