Beware of Kissing Politicians!

It is so bad that I just saw this photo the other day. Comments said that this was taken last year  when Megan Young just won the first Miss World title for the Philippines. And this old man in the congress, this old man Sonny Belmonte kissed her on the ears. This is so ewwww! He looks like a hungry dirty old man!
