Miss Philippines Wins Miss International 2013

Another crown for the Philippines! Bea Rose Santiago, the Philippine representative to Miss International won the country’s 5^th Miss International crown. It was last won by the country in 2005 by Precious Lara Quigaman.

During the Q and A portion, she said: “The whole world saw how my country suffered. One by one, other countries helped. You have opened my heart and eyes on what we can do to help each other. I will work to sustain the spirit of sympathy and spirit of hope. As long as we work together, there is hope."
