We thank Czarina Rosales for representing our country at the recently concluded Miss Asia-Pacific World 2013 Finals which was held in Korea. Miss India won the title. Our dear Czarina was among the finalists. Not bad. Congratulations Czarina! See you next year at the Binibining Pilipinas 2014!
